Looking for a unique and memorable venue for your office party or family reunion? Plan your next special event on the historic New York state rails of the Catskill Mountain Railroad.

CATSKILL MOUNTAIN RAILROAD CHARTER INFORMATION

Group Charter: $900.00 for up to 50 people.

Each passenger over the first 50 is an additional $18.00 per person

Nonprofit Organization Charter: $800.00 for up to 50 people.

Each passenger over the first 50 is an additional $16.00 per person.

Holiday or Eve of Holiday Charter: $1,100.00 for up to 50 people.

Each passenger over the first 50 is an additional $22.00 per person

Alcohol On Board Charter: $1,350.00 for up to 50 people.

Each passenger over the first 50 is an additional $27.00 per person

PLEASE NOTE:

The maximum capacity per train is generally 300 people.

The above Charter Rates do not apply for our scheduled event trains.

Additional amenities such as food and beverages and entertainment are available with advanced planning and are not included in the above Charter Rates.
