Make the train your own for a birthday party or special event that friends and family will remember forever!

Looking for a unique and memorable venue for your birthday party or family reunion? Renting Our Train is also a great way to entertain your wedding guests before or after the big day. Make our train your own for a two hour round trip on the historic rails of the Catskill Mountain Railroad. As well as having the whole train to yourself you can also just Rent A Railroad Car for your party or event on any of our scheduled Catskill Flyer or Ice Cream Sundays trains.

RENT A TRAIN INFORMATION

Rent a train rates: $1,000.00 for up to 50 people. 
Each passenger over the first 50 is an additional $20.00 per person.
We also have Rent A Train rates for non-profit organizations as well as events that can be scheduled on holidays or the eves of holidays, and rates for events that include the serving of alcohol on board.
Please Note: The maximum capacity per train is generally 300 people. The above Rent A Train Rates do not apply for our scheduled event trains. Additional amenities such as food and beverages and entertainment are available with advanced planning from local vendors and are not included in the above Charter Rates.

RENT A RAILROAD CAR INFORMATION

CATSKILL FLYER TRAINS – Rent a Railroad Car Rates: $600.00 for up to 30 people. Each Passenger over the first 30 is an additional $20.00 per person. Rental of a Railroad Car on regularly scheduled Catskill Flyer trains are only on Fridays and Saturdays.

ICE CREAM SUNDAYS TRAINS –

Rent a Railroad Car Rates: $750.00 for up to 30 people. Each Passenger over the first 30 is an additional $25.00 per person. Rental of a Railroad Car on regularly scheduled Ice Cream Sundays trains are only on Sundays.
