The Catskill Mountain Railroad Co., Inc is soliciting for sealed bids until 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 2nd, 2025, for a contract to furnish and install a highway-rail grade crossing warning system at the Railroad’s Washington Avenue grade crossing (USDOT Inventory #917855K) inclusive of a signal enclosure, approach track circuitry, two walkout cantilevers with flashing lights, two stanchions with gates and flashers, two pedestrian stanchions with gates and flashers, and one flashing light signal assembly.  A pre-bid meeting for this contract will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 10:00 am at the project site.  The full advertisement with instructions on how to obtain bid documents may be found on the Catskill Mountain Railroad’s web page https://catskillmountainrailroad.com/ or on the New York State Contract Reporter https://www.nyscr.ny.gov/.
